I went one time. No one greeted me. No attention for at least 15 minutes. Finally greeted and sat down. I was on time so my stylistvwas already late...then i was asked to wait another 30 minutes. Finally sat for consult and cut and it was bad. Showed he pictures and she literally did nothing but wash and cut the length to a single length. Literally the most basic supercuts cut from cosmetology school. And then it was $90. Glad i got a trim but that was lousy from the minute i got there. Needless to say I will not be back.
Zoey did a phenomenal job on my full color and cut! She was so engaging and reassuring and asked the right questions to make sure I loved my cut! I had a great experience and trust her advice completely- I’m really looking forward to my next appt!
