I found The Soap Shop on Instagram and decided to order a gift set. I loved all the products in it and it was affordable. When I asked if they had or could make turtle soaps, these lovely ladies said they could order a mold(s) and would let me know when it arrived. I was overjoyed to see different size and shaped turtles on their website and ordered them. They even included extras In a cute little surprise bag! I cannot express how happy I am! Thank you ,Susan,Linda& Lucy👍🏻❤️
When you have a number on your website for your buisness. The call should be a nice one. Being answered casual is ok, but when I ask for the soap shop ? It should be a nice transition. I politely asked about the shop and practices during covid. To be told it's all online bye. Showed me they don't really care.
