Great concept and fair prices. A bit confusing if you have never been here before and staff don’t really seem to offer any help unless you ask. It can get quite congested and busy in the store. Expect to wait a while for your containers to get filled. I had to wait 20 minutes for one product refill when there were only two customers ahead of me.
I feel confused about this place, some of the staff members are extremely helpful and nice yet some are very irritated and rude. The prices are also more on the higher side. This place is more of an entertainment to bring your own jar/container and watch it fill up with overpriced soap and feel good about "saving the planet".
