Not only they do not answer their phone in the middle of the day - after 2 pm- but they simply cancel your call. No way of finding out prices for the products I am interested in.. BAD business Also 2 years after the "pandemic" they are still talking about using masks -n their website.. I think This is NOT the kind of business I want to support.
First time going to the store as I’ve been wanting to make homemade soap. I had no idea what I was doing…until the lovely staff helped me out and taught me about the different glycerines and lye! You can buy things in bulk and bring back your jar to get your deposit back which was cool. She also showed me basic soap recipes and let me take a picture of it! I asked how much of each ingredient is needed for one recipe and she knew exactly what to tell me! Loved this store !
Over the years I have spent too much money at the soap dispensary buying Mint Cleaning products for my small cleaning business. The treatment I received at this store today was appalling, discriminatory and targeted. The miscommunication was when the staff told me at one visit that the samples were free to try. I understood that as a sample to take home and try, as that is what I understand a sample to be. Not as a sample to try in the store.
