I'm new to the area and wanted to try the local spots, and The Snug did not disappoint. Date night was pizza and cocktails, but we also grabbed starters and affogato! Everything was 10/10. We went back for Sunday dinner the next week and it was 💯. The meat was tender, the potatoes were crispy, and the veg was cooked perfectly. The seasoning was spot on! We have been to the snug for their home made wood fired pizza, their Sunday roast dinner and for breakfast and couldn't be more satisfied. The food is all so well cooked, the staff of the family restaurant are very friendly and passionate about their craft and this really shows in their food. Absolutely love the venue and would recommend all of their food no matter if it's breakfast, brunch, Sunday lunch or a pizza.
We went last night and we were warmly welcome and offered a nicer table when it became free. The service was excellent and the food even better! Very good value.
