From what I could tell during my one new patient appointment, Dr. Christian is great - very knowledgeable, thorough, and takes time to answer questions. The front desk at the time was also very friendly. The problem is this: After the intake, I scheduled a follow up appointment for additional imaging, only because I was assured (by both the doctor and front desk!) that the office would check my insurance for imaging coverage and follow up with me directly. Other than a few miscommunications when the office was understaffed, I have had good experiences here. Dr. Christian is professional and patient.
The team members are consistently responsive to questions/requests. A very upbeat and pleasant vibe in their office

Never see Dr Kathrine Christian, this doctor is a complete fraud. they ignored my medical needs and refused to treat me with respect. this doctor will lure you in with a consultation, influence you commit insurance fraud, then try to bill you for a consultation of 500, when simply all she does is measure your mouth. this doctor is a complete fraud and never trust her with health. i came to her office in oct 24, communicated my need for an appliance and they ghosted me for 6 months and then want to send me a bill.
