The reason I left once star is because these people are greedy and unwilling to help someone in need. The CPAP machine for which I rely on to keep me alive has a recall. These greedy people told me that if I didn't buy it from them I can get lost. It was bought in another part of the country and I am unable to return it there. Fortunately Vital Air in Halifax has decided to do the RIGHT thing and help me. I will never buy anything from these greedy individuals.

The staff here have been nothing but knowledgeable and understanding in helping me with my journey to get better sleep. I went in one day after becoming so desperate for sleep and knew I was ready for change. Kim and Lindsay guided me through the entire process and did everything possible to help me get on the right path to a good night sleep and ultimately changed life. I can’t recommend the team at the Snore Shop enough. Thank you so much for all your hard work and efforts.
Got referred by my psychiatrist and they refused to see me because I’m a DCS patient. Terrible service. Group home kids don’t deserve to sleep well, but everyone else does? Lol ok
I am very disappointed at the ill mannered attitude I received from the clinician at Kentville 's The Snore Shop today. If CPac machines are so important to our health and well-being, it saddens me that a "professional" couldn't take literally 30 seconds off her schedule so I could pick up a water container. I've always received great service from the Administrator, Kim, who allowed herself to be less rigid than this individual. Time to Shop for a more compassionate service based provider. Merry Christmas!!!
