I think Truro has the Snore Shop dream team. I tagged along with my husband so I could share my concerns and I was blow away by the amazing staff. Leah, Shauna and Sydney were fabulous. They were knowledgeable, supportive and even gave us a few laughs. All three of them were available to us and were extremely prompt on next steps. I would highly recommend this team to anyone needing support with snore/apnea struggles.
Shauna and Leah have the patience of a saint. They took the time to fit masks offer many options and answered many questions always with a smile. Thanks ladies
Leah, Shawna & Sydney Have supported me for months, whether it was on the phone or in person. Having an allergy to Silicone made it very very difficult for me to continue using my C-pap machine they tried so many different avenues to help me and nothing worked. So I stopped using my machine. I was feeling very tired so I went back to see them and they suggested a new mask that I believe just came out. Last year I first went to the Snore Shop and they were wonderful helping me getting the right machine and masks. I went in because I had trouble with a mask and they wouldn’t help. I found them a little rude. I had to go somewhere else to get another mask.
I’ve been a client of the Snore Shop for four years and have always received exceptional treatment. Great staff, great service.
