Tip top service from all the staff. Did my CPAP test, and provided all the necessary info to get my machine. Here comes the important bit. Before you buy from them, check out the cost of things at The CPAP Store online. My machine was more than $100 cheaper, and a resmed mask The Snore Shop is charging $350 is roughly $200 cheaper at the CPAP Store for the exact same thing! I thank the Snore Shop for getting me going on my better sleep, but I won't be shopping there anymore.
Everyone here was super helpful with getting me set up with a CPAP and checking in on me during the trial period. Definitely recommend them and if you need one, don't sleep (haha) on getting a CPAP as the benefits are many!
Extremely kind and knowledgeable individuals who want to see your life become better by improving your health. They will treat you with nothing but respect and dignity. They set the standard by going above and beyond whilst maintaining contact with the patient/client to make sure everything is going well. Can't say more than enough good about the people here thanks for everything!
I think Truro has the Snore Shop dream team. I tagged along with my husband so I could share my concerns and I was blow away by the amazing staff. Leah, Shauna and Sydney were fabulous. They were knowledgeable, supportive and even gave us a few laughs. All three of them were available to us and were extremely prompt on next steps. I would highly recommend this team to anyone needing support with snore/apnea struggles.
Shauna and Leah have the patience of a saint. They took the time to fit masks offer many options and answered many questions always with a smile. Thanks ladies
