They take forever to do anything at all and literally have never once answered the phone or returned any of the many messages I've ever left.
Absolutely horrible customer service. This place is a scam and will go as far as to lie about results just to sell a CPAP.
The Snore Shop is a great shop with wonderful employees. We were on vacation in PEI and I had to replace a hose on my CPAP. We visited the Snore Shop and Tiffany was absolutely excellent. She had the exact part that I needed. Her customer service, friendliness and compassion were examplerary. Tiffany and the Snore Shop saved our vacation. I would recommend them to anybody!
Didn’t bother to tell me my insurance was denied and took over $300 from my credit card without notification. They just want your money. Go elsewhere.
