Everyone in the office is great to deal with. Great customer service.
I read some of the comments about being rude and whatnot but that isn't the experience I had. They were right on too of everything from the time I walked in. They know their stuff and were very direct about everything. Sometimes people confuse direct/assertiveness with being rude because thats all I received while in the process of testing and getting a new cpap..
Great bunch who knows their stuff when it comes to sleep. Always ready to answer any questions you may have.
Very helpful! I came in to buy a CPAP mask because the one we ordered online didn’t seem to fit our machine. The lady at the shop confirmed that all masks are compatible with our machine and there is a plastic connector that we didn’t realize was still in our tube blocking the connection. Saved us money and a headache. Thanks!
