We contacted the Snore Shop Bridgewater in August to discuss the process of getting our 15 year old son an assessment for sleep apnea. We were told that we need a doctor’s note. We booked earliest in person doctor’s appointment which was scheduled for November (4 months later) to get this note and also have my son’s adenoids and tonsils examined.
