Customer service at its finest! While travelling from Truro to Newfoundland, we realized after arriving in Sydney that my husband had forgotten the power cord for his machine. We stopped into The Snore Shop, and the team at the Sydney location had us taken care of in no time. We are incredibly grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. A stressful situation was turned around quickly thanks to their amazing staff. Highly recommend — 10/10 service!
i have been a cpap user for at least 20 years now and just recently went back to the Snore Shop to get my machine checked. i had the pleasure of meeting Michelle and having her assist me. i cannot say enough wonderful things about her. I was referred to the snore shop by my physician. Jenna did my consultation and is a sweetheart !!! Michelle set me up with a trial machine and then I purchased my own . She checked in on me and made adjustments . Michelle was extremely professional /compassionate and made me comfortable with my new experience . I highly recommend these ladies !!!
