The Snore Shop in Sydney NS are extremely knowledgeable about sleep apnea and CPAP machines. They took the time to explain how the CPAP machine works and the many health benefits of proper sleep therapy. Since using my CPAP, I’ve noticed better sleep, more energy during the day, and overall improved health. Michelle was kind, patient, and cared about helping me. Michelle made the whole process easy. I highly recommend The Snore Shop to anyone looking to improve their sleep and health.
I have been here for 8 years but with the addition of Lindsay my experience became very easy and fast. She is an asset to the business and hope to see her soon again in the new year. Her knowledge and pleasant personality will keep me coming back!
I rarely write a poor review however in this case I must. The Snore Shop came highly recommended so I contacted our Doctor and the Sydney NS Snore Shop. I did receive a called two weeks later. I was informed I needed a prescription or referral from my Doctor. Two weeks later after calls to our Dr. office I received a second call and again I was informed about the same thing. Another 2 weeks has passed and so has my Husband who was trying to get treatment. I in all honesty can and will not recommend your company.
