There were two lovely ladies at the Sydney location that helped my husband, John, while we were on holidays. Jen and Lindsey were so helpful when he had to get a new mask after we left his in Ontario. When my husband looked for an alternative to his expensive model, Jen popped out from the back with a mask that works just as well. Thank you for saving us a huge hassle, being easy to find and friendly! Highly recommend this wonderful shop for your CPAP needs.

Customer service at its finest! While travelling from Truro to Newfoundland, we realized after arriving in Sydney that my husband had forgotten the power cord for his machine. We stopped into The Snore Shop, and the team at the Sydney location had us taken care of in no time. We are incredibly grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. A stressful situation was turned around quickly thanks to their amazing staff. Highly recommend — 10/10 service!
i have been a cpap user for at least 20 years now and just recently went back to the Snore Shop to get my machine checked. i had the pleasure of meeting Michelle and having her assist me. i cannot say enough wonderful things about her.
