We spoke with Kevin in regards to a sneaker cleaning for my brothers damaged shoes and he was incredibly respectful after my brother stated over the phone that he was not satisfied with the overall end product. He quickly sorted out an arrangement with the manager and was able to find a solution. Overall, they are very professional and appeared to do their best to cater to any need.
10/10 professional quick and friendly people!!
