This place was fantastic, and Valen was great up until recently when she continually had an excuse as to why she could not provide services. I then reached out for a refund as I had paid upfront for Her packages and services have not been received. She has now stopped replying to all messages, messages, and posted that her business is closed. Not impressed at all

Complete scam!!! Do NOT go here at all unless you want to be ripped off like everyone else. Staff has NEVER been paid, treatments do not work and the owner will continuously rip you off and give you the run around. As a former employee I can absolutely save you the hassle of dealing with The Smooth Spot and take your money elsewhere! All these "5 star" reviews were from family and friends, don't be fooled
Couldn’t be happier with my services! Great prices and amazing results!!! Highly recommend! I’m only starting with full face laser hair removal but will definitely be considering other services they offer that entice my endeavours! And will be recommending them to anyone else I know looking for the beauty services they offer!
