If I could give no stars, I would. Marissia was 25 minutes late for my appointment. I could actually hear her laughing and talking for 15 minutes behind the door. When she came out, she didn't acknowledge her lateness or apologize for my time, even though her website explicitly states that CLIENTS have a 7 minute grace period or they get charged a no-show.
