I visited for the very first time today. I had an appointment for a Brazilian wax and I have finally found my forever girl for the kind of service. She was very nice and professional. Made me feel Comfortable right from the gecko. She didn’t leave ANY hair and she even sent me home with aftercare samples as a new customer. I don’t typically leave review but this small business owner deserves all the recognition! Not to mention her pricing is fantastic. Thank you Elyssa I will be returning.
I have always had very thin brows and it’s always been an insecurity of mine. I got a lamination and a tint, and I LOVE THEM!! My brows look so full and just how I’ve always wanted them to be:,) Elyssa is so fun and makes you feel super comfortable. I highly recommend the smooth factory!!
Elyssa is amazing!! She takes her time and never rushes. Her studio is so cute and perfectly nestled in downtown chandler. Get your wax and then grab some food from the neighboring eateries.
Love getting my eyebrows waxed here! She does just a great job, takes her time to get the brows just right! I always leave here happy with my eyebrows! I love the environment and it always looks so cute in her studio.
