We came here for lunch because it seemed like a fine place for barbeque. At first glance the chicken theme of the decor was amusing, and the menu had all the hallmarks one would expect of delicious smoked meat. Unfortunately, that illusion fell apart quickly. Had a pretty good meal. Went on bbq day and honestly wasn’t overly impressed with the bbq but I wasn’t terrible. The ladies working there are all nice and the service was great

Unfortunately only after eating here did I realize there was no smoker on site which explains the taste especially the chicken really tasted oven baked..which is fine if you're into that and maybe it's cooked off site but doubt it. Meat plate is served with sauce on it instead on the side leaving no choice to sauce meat or not. Meats were warm at best when served and definitely cold halfway through your meal. Service was courteous and good.

Food was very good, with the three of us we tried the pork ribs, sausage, brisket and chicken. Sides were mac and cheese, potato salad, tater tots and fries. Everything tasted like it was made in house. Inside looks to only seat parties from 2 to 6 but that is nice when you're looking for a quiet place to have dinner. Drinks stayed full, customer service was awesome. Don't forget the peach pie or the pecan bread pudding.

Decent food, wonderful service, ok atmosphere, took a while for food but was worth the wait, the dessert was great love the shovel for a spoon, would come again
