I have been doing business with this company for years only to find out that I have been paying almost twice as much for insurance with them. My small business has used the smith insurance company for 3 years. I am so lucky to have found them. Originally, when I went into business I contacted my personal carrier. Since my business is a specialty service niche, it is hard to find insurance. My personal carrier could not help me.
