I contacted them through email asking for help regarding an out of state custody issue I was involved with. The only response I received was an email from Katherine Newton that said, “Our firm does not handle these types of cases”. Absolutely no other information given. Not even a suggestion of what type of attorney I would need. When someone asks you for help, the absolute least thing you could do would be to point them in the right direction. I found it very cold.
