RecommendedPerfect venue. Saw Jackson Browne there and there wasn't a bad seat in the house.
I recommend The Smith Center because is a place that gives to Las Vegas a great image. Las Vegas has this place for people that don't like casinos but have a good taste for fine arts.

I love the Smith Center! The place is beautiful and the shows are so wonderful and such high quality. But the security is a real killjoy. Where there bomb threats or something? Honestly, metal detectors and purse checks don't make me feel safe. Especially considering most mass shooters aren't women and don't carry purses. Also, a metal detector won't stop anyone from barging in. Only actual security personnel can do that and I haven't seen an uptick in security. Fun musical. School of Rock!
The shows that The Smith Center presents are always very well done. The Broadway series are always current touring shows with excellent productions. Myron’s Cabaret Jazz club presents performers and audiences an intimate experience with a large variety of different types of music. The entire Performing Arts Center is beautiful and has state-of-the-art technology. I have heard many performers state how they love performing there.
Wonderful facility with great Broadway plays. Love it!
Have always enjoyed the many performances at the Smith Center. I advise that you don’t sit in the box gallery seats along the side. The sound is unacceptable. All the other seats we have been in are excellent!
