I lived at The Smith Valley Forge for nearly a year and am moving out soon due to purchasing a home. During my time there, I truly enjoyed the experience—it was quiet, peaceful, and the building is very modern and up to date. When it came time to move, I needed someone to take over my lease to align with my home purchase, and the staff made the process seamless. Dude where's my car?
I toured a couple units and put in an application. I heard nothing back for a very long time, reached out repeatedly to the building and a few folks on staff I had exchanged emails with previously regarding my application. I spent $450 to apply for a place, since I heard nothing back was looking to be reimbursed for at least the $400 holding fee.
