Great coworkers and a supportive office manager made this a pleasant place to work. Unfortunately, my experience with corporate management was much less positive. Compensation and benefits did not meet expectations, with annual raises often being minimal meaning 60 cents if your lucky. Additionally, the PTO policy made it difficult to accumulate vacation time, as employees were required to use PTO whenever the office closed. Called to resolve my bill because I found out my correct insurance was never billed. I was told I would get a call back by office staff. Office stated they were unfamiliar with the insurance type (Delta Dental PPO) even though I have processed claims from this exact insurance type from my dentist’s office in the past. I have not received a call back from my dentist’s offices office or billing. And my dentist is in network of the correct insurance. The dentist and the techs were fine. I did not appreciate the office manager coughing the entire time I was there. She needed to stay home. The coughing was continuous. Please anyone who is sick in a dental environment needs to stay home.
