Terrible customer service. I have a crown scheduled to be installed 7/31. I get a text from them on 7/29 that my claim was deny and that I had to call the insurance company and find out why it was denied. Come to find out that the insurance copy requested my Xrays 17 days ago and no one contacted them.
Great coworkers and a supportive office manager made this a pleasant place to work. Unfortunately, my experience with corporate management was much less positive. Compensation and benefits did not meet expectations, with annual raises often being minimal meaning 60 cents if your lucky. Additionally, the PTO policy made it difficult to accumulate vacation time, as employees were required to use PTO whenever the office closed. Called to resolve my bill because I found out my correct insurance was never billed. I was told I would get a call back by office staff. Office stated they were unfamiliar with the insurance type (Delta Dental PPO) even though I have processed claims from this exact insurance type from my dentist’s office in the past. I have not received a call back from my dentist’s offices office or billing. And my dentist is in network of the correct insurance.
