Female receptionist was courteous and informed me that my medical sign in were updated. Then she escorted me to the room, updated my records with my new medication and blood pressure records. Then she introduced me to the hygienist for my dental cleaning. Female dental hygienist was very professional and caring by making sure that I wear an eyeglass to protect my eyes, wiped the excess water on my face and neck and explained the procedures as she did my cleaning. It was my 1st visit & everyone there is wonderful. I was seen promptly. Dr. Gross is kind and gentle. I'm glad I feel that way as I need 2 cavities filled, a root canal and a crown.
I had a wonderful experience at the smilest. Everyone's so nice, helpful, and very friendly. Dr. G was amazing along with the other staff. I highly recommend them.
