Everyone was so pleasant and helpful to me. I have a neurologic disorder. They went out of the way to make me comfortable.
I expect professionalism and cultural awareness from healthcare providers. During my appointment, the hygienist described Mississippi as “ghetto” in a casual conversation. Whether intended as a joke or not, the comment was inappropriate and made me uncomfortable. Patient-facing staff should communicate respectfully and avoid stereotypical or disparaging remarks. The dentist otherwise appeared to be gracious, professional, and very analytical.
Dishonest and all a money grab. Was pitched to buy products from them directly to boost their sales. Was told I needed two crowns. They botched the first one and had pain for over 6 months even after going back twice to have them fix it and still can’t chew normally on the one side after over two years. Got a second opinion on the other tooth I “needed” a crown on and the dentist so no, it was just a minor filling that had dislodged.
