I had a bridge done at Encore. It had to be sent back once and after it was put in, it fell out and I had to go back again to have it cemented better.. It felt funny, but the dentist told me I would get used to it. 1 1/2 year later it came out again. I went to a different dentist and he had to do work on it. It was put in and now feels a lot better than the original time I had it put it. I would not recommend Encore Dental

My name is Zack Routsis, on February 2019 I went to see Dr. Salem to talk with him about my teeth which was a problem in my entire life. Dr. Salem did a major overhaul in my mouth with his knowledge, his patience, and his integrity, installed 21 crowns and two bridges with success, This has made me feel like new person. I comfortably recommend Dr. Salem and his entire office. Hey and something else Dr. Salem is very conscientious

Please do NOT go here for dental work! First off, if your lucky they will continue to not answer the phone. Took 2 days of calling and messaging to get through. Then I finally have my appt for a root canal. The next morning I had to call back because the dentist broke my tooth. Then to top it off, the following day, half my tooth falls out. I went in for a root canal and got a half broken tooth!!!!!

I wish I could give a negative star to this dude (Raj-whatever). This dude gives absolutely no care for his patients. So dude was scouring the computer because he in his mind thought the price ($536) was to low 🤔. It was gonna be a 2 appointment procedure. Which I was gonna pay it in full after my appointment. This dude which I have spent THOUSANDS there .I know that office not 1 penny And I have been going there for years ass. This is by far the most stressful and unprofessional experience I have ever had with a medical provider. I visited Windsor Dental on June 9, 2020, and as of April 21, 2021, I am still receiving a statement with imposed late fees after I have provided, multiple times, the referral from my primary dentist so that my insurance could be billed. Rather than extend me the decency of a phone call to explain any insurance issues, I keep getting bills in the mail with no explanation. Terrible! I gave encore dental an interview a few weeks ago. Dr nick doesn't seem knowledgeable, it seemed like he couldnt read the xrays and was very nervous. He couldn't tell me what was wrong jus keep saying we have a lot of work to do. Thinking he is not good at what he does. I started thinking they pulled him outta jersey mikes subs next door and told him to pose as a dentist bozo.. Staff seemed rude a group of girls that think they r better than the world. I'm writing about the Middle Island location of the Smilist. Although the staff members were pretty nice, I won't go back. The dentist I saw had such a heavy foreign accent, I had to have the technician translate for me. On each visit (there were 3), the rooms were unpresentable & in need of repair On the 1st & 2nd visits, the drain where the water flows next to the dental chair was broken & discolored.
