I would have given them a glowing 5 star review Had I not been treated so poorly by billing manager. I started orthodontist care with them in 2023 and have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Brinkerhoff and is assistants. The front desk representatives are friendly and knowledgeable and accommodating with scheduling. If you have insurance issues, then I would NOT trust this practice, solely because of the billing dept. my self and daughter started care under Cigna (that fully covered orthodontic care) and once c... read more
