Dr. Banakus and the entire team at the Wendell location are true saints! My daughter is autistic and she loves going to the dentist because of how welcoming, friendly, and supportive the whole staff is. They do not push her to do anything she isn't comfortable with. They have TV's overhead for the kiddos to watch while the exam and cleaning is performed. They have a gorgeous office space that is calming and fun at the same time! I cannot speak highly enough of Smiling Turtle!
Our son has been going to this dentistry for 2 years now, and all has been pretty good until this year. We were told he had 3 cavities that needed to be filled which we were ok with. On the day of the fillings, they charged us up front which was kinda weird knowing with kids, sometimes you have to do it in a few times because they can stay still in short periods of time. We transitioned to Smiling Turtle from another local pediatric dentist. The staff and dentist at The Smiling Turtle were AMAZING! From the moment we stepped thru the door until we checked out everyone was patient, kind, and sweet. I would recommend The Smiling Turtle to any of my friends and family. If we ever moved I would drive hours to keep them as our dentist! Thank you for such a great experience!
I can't say enough good things about this office. My son went to 2 other dentists before we landed here & I really wish we found this place sooner. The entire staff is great, gentle and makes the experience for children a positive one. My son LOVES going to the Smiling Turtle, so much so that he wants to be a dentist when he grows up.
What a great staff and great location !! I'm so happy we found you !!
