At the Smiling Turtle— An assistant took bitewing X-rays and then proceeded to tell me there’s several areas of infection. (No doctor has been in- Not ethical, definitely not legal.) She did not take any PA’s, which would show the end of the root- only way to radiologically assess if there was infection. They didn’t take any of these. Without an exam, or the doctor coming in, the assistant proceeded to tell me there were cavities on almost every tooth and 4 areas of infection that would need “baby root canals”. This place is excellent! The perfect choice for my toddler. I was stressed because we were early to the appointment and I didn’t know what my son would do waiting 30 minutes BUT their waiting room is so accommodating and welcoming to kids of all ages. The hygienist, Kennedy and the dentist were both wonderful. So nice and gave me great tips. So happy with the choice to go here.
Such a great experience! From the receptionist, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist, we were impressed by everyone we met! One thing we really appreciated was they were able to offer more natural alternatives to standard dental care, which is important to us.
Great first time dentist experience. Kennedy and Dr. Romero were very helpful, patient, and so kind with my little guy who is 2.5. They made him feel less nervous and explained the whole process so he wouldn’t be scared. So glad I made the choice to see them. They were awesome. Would highly recommend!
