I want to applaud The Smiling Place's receptionist. Her name is Aurea. Her knowledge of procedures, the need for certain procedures, the reprocushions if procedures aren't done was truly remarkable. Already has an outstandingly indepth knowledge and understanding of The Smiling Place's procedures, the why's and wherefores of those procedures. There are NO words to express just how amazing this dental practice and the staff truly are. I have a huge phobia of dentists and extremely nervous throughout my appointments and the highly professional and caring staff are just outstanding!
This place is absolutely amazing and I've always received the best dental care for the best prices. Dr.Hirota and Randy the hygienist made my day on Saturday, especially after a stressful morning. I know that going to the dentist can be notoriously stressful, but the kind and professional folks at the Smiling Place in Kunia always make me feel at ease. I highly recommend this place ~ they are amazing! :)
