Berna and the team is nothing short of amazing!! They are so welcoming and make sure you are comfortable. Especially Shelby on reception was always more than willing to help me work out appointments around my busy work/uni schedule and was super accomodating!! Couldn't recommend more. Dr Berna Kim and the clinic team have been nothing but warm and competent with every visit. Especially as an adult starting out with orthodontic treatment, I am grateful that all of my concerns and questions were addressed promptly, and appointment times were accommodated around my work schedule. Best of all... my teeth look fantastic!
I used to be Dr. Kim's nurse on the Gold Coast many years ago, I hope she remembers me .She was the best dentist I ever worked with, so kind,warm and friendly, and extremely smart, I really hope I get to see her again one day, I highly recommend Dr Berna Kim, such a wonderful woman.
