First off- I’ve been never written a negative review because more often then not an issue with a business can be resolved by contacting them directly. However, after years of headaches with Candid with no progress and only setbacks I feel obligated to warn the public how bad their business is. Like most others I was interested in Candid merely to straighten my teeth. I started off with a very common and straight forward case that would require only 6 months of aligners. The Candid Boston Team is fantastic. I specifically worked with Sihara, who took the time to explain how the Candid treatment works, logistics, support options, the works. As an educator, she truly explained thoroughly, asked scaffolded questions, and checked for my understanding. Additionally, the Boston Team has implemented protocols to ensure everyone’s safety. I’m incredibly excited to start my treatment!
