Very good client services, everyone’s well communicated and one lovely atmosphere!
Amazing experience with everyone I came in contact with. I took my elderly mother with dementia, who is a big baby at the dentist. They handled her with care and was very gentle with her. They even gave her a sticker and a sucker so sweetly. Thanks ladies we are happy to bring our while family over to The Smile Salon!
Honestly disappointed with the professionalism of the staff. Some of the girls were extremely nice and professional, but even still, communication seemed to lack throughout the staff. Front ladies would tell me a different story of what the process would be than the actual process itself. I was called to get my retainers, and I asked if it was just a pickup, to which they replied yes. I love that I was able to set my appointment easily online. I was greeted by pleasant professional staff. The dental assistant did a great job cleaning my teeth. The dentist Dr. Caresa Doakes did a thorough exam, discussing my immediate and future needs, health concerns, and treatment options.
