Nice office nice location, friendly staff, and clean rooms. The dentist was very nice.
This dental office is the worst! I’ve had 2 billing issues and unexpected out of pocket cost. The dentist office failed both times explaining my options for my procedures, then billed my insurance company knowing they would deny or pay bare minimum for the claim. Per my insurance company this dental office knew exactly what was actually needed and what wasn’t. So I got stuck with the additional claim cost. The office was clean, the staff was very nice and friendly. They are respectful and professional. The dentist and her assistant were gentle and made sure my dentures perfectly well. They made sure my dentures fitted comfortably.
I was referred to this location by my life coach, and I love it so far! Dr. Doakes was super friendly and very informative during my visit. I already have my follow-up scheduled and can’t wait to continue my dental journey here!
