so, I was super excited to see a new dentist and finally get the work done I needed. Go in get x rays, issues with two front teeth. Go for a consult, get an extensive x ray and guys talks to me for an hour. I went to an endo in Rockland County who did not charge me an arm and a leg to fix the root canal in one tooth. I called this place to do the permanent filling as instructed by the endo. They refused me service because I had to pay $513.00 in one lump sum, I said I couldn't and asked for a payment plan. I am doing my implants and oral surgery at the smile place. I have finished most of my work with a little more work for completion. I am new to the area and stumbled upon this dentist office. When mentioning I might need a repeat root canal the dentist was just like "You should go with an implant, its only 5K". It would make sense to recommend an implant if it was actually confirmed a repeat root canal was needed and the implant was a last resort. I took my x-rays to another dentist and followed up with an endodontist he couldn't figure out why she was thinking a repeat root canal would even be a thought since my x-rays looked fine.
