The Smile Farm is the best pediatric dentist office. Everyone in the office is so kind and patient.
It was another great visit, at The Smile Farm, and we were greeted and helped out right away. The visit was smooth and friendly, and very clean and welcoming environment.
The dentist we see is wonderful. My biggest issue is scheduling. They have way too many clients, are always atleast 6 months out and it never fails even if you schedule 6 months out they call to reschedule you every time with no consideration of your other obligations or kids school schedules. When treatment is needed it's at least 4-6 weeks to get back in which is scary when your child has an infection and needs prompt care.

Everyone was very welcoming and nice. The problem I have is with the receptionist. My child was scheduled for an important dental procedure and keep in mind we don't live in town. The moment I showed up with my child the receptionist (who was quite frazzled because of the filled waiting room) proceeded to tell me that she could not find our insurance and that my child would not be seen uninsured.
