The staff was wonderful! They treated my little guy so kindly, and with such respect. Clean waiting room, and exam rooms. We will definitely be returning. Update: I just called the office to get some info for my insurance provider and I was given the run around and ended the call without the required data. Maybe it was the person I dealt with but they were extremely unhelpful and now I'm thinking about looking into another dentist. Am I overreacting? I love Dr Sunni but she doesn’t seem to come to this office anymore. The other dentists whose names I do not know are hit or miss. The male dentist filled a cavity for my 8yo. He put the swab to numb him in his mouth and almost immediately after put the needle in his mouth. My son squirmed and screamed because he felt the needle. The dentist then became visibly annoyed at my son. I explained where he went wrong and he tried to gaslight me. For this to be a solely pediatric dentist office the “bedside manner” is lacking.
All I can say is that Liz is truly amazing; and she’s great at her job and goes above and beyond for her patients! I cannot thank her enough for all of her professionalism and being thorough in this dental process for my daughter.
The best dentist for kids i have ever been to. Have been going for 3 years and my kids will be there till they are almost adults.....
I love this office and company they make my son and I feel comfortable and happy. Dr. Soni is the best pediatric dentist I've ever known.
