Super clean office. Amazing staff at the front, Maria and Angel were so friendly and helpful! Dr. Sicat is super knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly non judgmental lol. Thank you for making going to the dentist so much easier, happy to be part of the smile collective family :)
I came in for a cleaning today and needed 2 fillings. I was super happy they were able to squeeze me in for a filling right after my cleaning. During the filling process I really appreciated the Dentist ensuring I was super comfortable, she asked how I was doing along the process and told me what to expect (ie. feeling pressure, a tingle, etc) which helped keep me calm. Front staff was also very helpful and friendly. Thank you to all!
The rating is not for dr.jacuelline she is professional well respected very knowledgeable,my concern is one of the associate that handles me on my last visit irritated my mood when she said oh I can't do the job right now because I've been explaining to you the procedure and my time allotted to do the procedure has exceeded so will book you for next appointment at that moment upon hearing that statement I feel so mad causing my BP to spike up ,I told them you guys keep on calling me for dental service I agree and book an app... read more
My visit at The Smile Collective was nothing short of wonderful. Dr. Jackie's professionalism and skill are unmatched, and Assistant Angel was incredibly gentle, kind, and helpful throughout my entire appointment. They truly make the whole process easy and comfortable. The fact that I willingly drive all the way from Scarborough, even battling through this bad snowy weather should tell you everything you need to know. I had my dental cleaning with Anna and she was super friendly, professional, and thorough, which made me feel completely at ease, great job :). Also want to give a big thank you to Dr. Jackie Geroche and Angel for being so welcoming and helpful, it really made the whole visit smooth and comfortable. The whole team gave my partner and myself a positive and insightful experience worth coming back for. Highly recommend and will be back! 5 Stars.
