I had an outstanding experience today at Smile Center of Olive Branch. Dr. Amir and Brittani took excellent care of me while preparing my mouth and fitting me for a new bridge. Their professionalism and genuine concern for my comfort made the entire visit stress-free. As a veteran, I’m also grateful that they accept VA payments—making it easier for veterans to receive top-quality dental care. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for skilled, caring, and veteran-friendly dental services!
Three stars because they did extremely well with my son. Went in for myself for a routine cleaning and one cavity. Appointment was at 1pm, completed paperwork and took my license and insurance. Waited 30 minutes in the lobby just to find out my insurance does not cover the exam and it’s 98$. Left out at 1:28pm without even being seen. They called me 5-6 times the day before and told me absolutely nothing even though they run the insurance before calling to verify the appointment. Today I saw Dr. Amir and Maddie and my experience was amazing. Everyone was so welcoming and I recommend if you need a dentist give them a visit. You will not be disappointed. Wish I could give more stars.
One thing I’m going to say about Dr Joe he and the staff are absolutely amazing. He deserves a raise. I’m so happy with my results I’m almost speechless. Thank you Dr Joe and the entire Smile Center staff here in Olive Branch, from the receptionist to the Doctors they make you feel so welcomed. I love this place! Ans that is hard to say when it comes to going to a dentist. Dr. Zakki is the best in town. He always takes care of my dental issues with a smile and a gentle touch. I highly recommend this practice. From the staff that checks you in to the person who cleans your teeth, I always have a great experience with these people!
