The techs are very nice but the young white male doctor wasn’t nice to my toddler at all. He was trying to check for cavities and she had her mouth open but was pretty nervous and was doing her best to open wide, he was using the air sprayer to blow on her teeth and she wasn’t opening super wide, but I was holding her helping open her mouth wider when he just pulls the air gun out and repeatedly sprays her in the face, on her shirt and chest saying “open wide open wider open wider” at least 8 times with an obviously annoyed ... read more
The service at Smile Dental in Olive Branch was okay, but I was very disappointed with the pricing. They charged me $500 for a tooth extraction, even though there was no infection and no stitches were needed. Everywhere else I checked was between $200 and $290. The cost felt extremely high compared to what I expected, and I was not given enough clear information upfront. I left feeling like I was overcharged. I would recommend asking for a full price breakdown before agreeing to any treatment.
My daughter and I see Dr. Amir when we visit. He is very knowledgeable, professional and responsive! His customer service is superb. The staff is always supportive and the energy is never off when I visit. He is the future Dr. Jo Respectfully
