I gave one star because you have to. Ive three appointments with them and only saw the dental hygienist once. That was the first appt. The other two appts they over booked people I waited an hour each time the 2nd time I left. 3rd after an hour finally got to the back and waited longer. Saw dental hygienist again and she said since I missed my last appt Id have to start over again. Waited longer than the receptionist came in said it would be another 200$ but I never saw a dentist. I had an appointment set for 5:30 pm today. I arrived and they told me that my appointment was actually at 4:30 pm. I showed the confirmation text with the ************* that clearly stated that my appointment was at 5:30 pm today. Instead of working me in and correcting the issue they were at fault for, they tried to reschedule me. I wasted time, gas and a babysitter all to not be seen. Horrible customer service. Dont waste your time here!
