I had to cancel an appointment that was scheduled for tomorrow morning. It was for my mom. My mom told me about how uncomfortable she feels about going to this dentist office because of the unsolicited comments the receptionist gives to her. She tells her in a disappointing manner that she needs to start taking care of her teeth. But what she doesn’t know is my mom doesn’t have insurance so she has to pay it herself. My granddaughter had a very bad experience at this office. It appears that on this day all that mattered was charging for the service. My granddaughter was sitting in the dental chair, when she had a panic attack and was unable to continue with her procedure. They should really get rid of Dr. John Miller very rude! He came in the morning of my daughter’s appointment asking me could he help me? No good morning or nothing just how can I help you with sass. Said that he didn’t allow parents in with their kids…I told him how my daughter felt uncomfortable at her last appointment without me in the back with her…He refused to work on her teeth if I was in the room. I have never in my life heard anything like that. My kids will not be going back. He’s very unprofessional…
