I hated the entire experience of being a patient at this practice. Dr. Miller has a shakey hand. I had anxiety and panic attacks in the chair. They didn't care. They stick bite blocks in your mouth so you have zero ability to swallow or do anything and leave the room with your tooth half drilled to attend to other patients. Our insurance dropped them, but they kept trying to schedule us. By contrast, I found a new practice in Conway and have had zero issues or anxiety at all. Rude, call me the day of appointment to see if im coming, I forgot about it, they make appointments literally 2 times a year for cleaning my kids teeth, they are supposed to call and remind ppl, they didn't, I live 3 minutes away and they said won't see me like thats supposed to bother me, then kept hanging up on me, I keep calling, then trying to tell me about my kids like trying to imply im a bad mother, so I have to correct them if u know what I mean, then hang up on me again b4 rescheduling, and have to call them back to... read more
This Miller guy is a hack, he is rude and condescending. He didn't care how much pain I was in, he sent me out of there with an appointment that was 15 days away and a pain pill prescription which I told him I do not take pills I don't like them so that was it after spending cash with him signed up for his plan and went home with the worst tooth ache ever. I'm out about 500 bucks and this sorry human being couldn't care less. Do not go to this guy he spent! I can't believe he has any patients!
