Tried to scam me out of over a thousand pounds then blame their subcontractors and say it was between me and their subcontractor.
Update March 2025 Arrived 15 mins early for my hygienist appointment. Front door shut. No answer to door bell. Phone lines said they were shut and could not take a call. Left a message. Now less than 10 minutes before the appointment start time. Still no reply. Have finally decided to leave this dentist. The hygienist is excellent although it is very difficult to get any appointment due to poor availability. I got bit by a dog on Saturday night, one of my front teeth got broken in the process with a chunk chipping off, on the Monday morning I was able to get an appointment with Dr Fathima Risvana and she did an absolutely amazing job, you can't even tell the tooth was chipped at all! She was friendly, professional, and efficient, talked to me throughout, and helped me with a plan to pay, although the overall cost was definitely reasonable considering the high quality of the work. I am absolutely made up and can't stop smiling!
I have been visiting The Smile Boutique for a number of years and have always received excellent treatment. In the last few weeks I have had an infection which has meant the need for last minute appointments which the practice have always done their best to accommodate.
