8 months worth of treatment to straighten and whiten teeth has taken 2 years and is still not finished due to cancellation of appointments on the day, delays between appointments which are explained as being caused by high numbers of patients. Communication is awful- appointments are cancelled and staff say they’ll call you to reschedule but you always have to do the chasing as they don’t get in touch.
This dental practice made me aware the mistakes the NHS made with my dental care with substandard crowns and bridge work, failure to diagnose and treat. If only I met you years ago thank you
Saw Vaish today, absolutely brilliant, not one single ounce of pain and she was lovely and kind! The dental nurse who assisted was professional and brilliant too! Couldn't recommend smile boutique anymore!
I saw the dentist Fatima over a period of time to get some dental work done including an extraction, fillings and a denture made for me. I have alot of anxiety and generally suffer alot of pain with the anesthetic injections. I must say I've never had a better experience with a dentist. She is highly professional and kind and causes as little pain as possible unlike NHS dentists I've been to. She is fantastic and I'm very happy with all the work I've had done
This place is shocking, high prices, poor service and woeful reception staff. For future reference, “would you like me to close your account” should never be the first response to a customer complaint, it’s provocative and unprofessional.
