Customer service is appalling! Instead of having the decency to respond to my correspondence AND / OR honour the original sale you chose to take advantage of young families in the wake of this virus. You asked me to wait a month to fulfil the order. I did. And yet once you received stock you chose to cancel my order and sell the items at a 700% mark up, I have purchased from you multiple times before and yet you choose to prioritise exploiting your customers rather than servicing them. Great products, great service.
Placed my order on 2/2 and received an email from Sydney on 7/2 advising that "your order has been put through and will be fulfilled..Hopefully beginning of March". On 16/3 he replied that "We have no stock to fulfil your orders"!!! If you have no stock, you shouldn't make a promise. A shameful person with no word of honor.
Such a lifesaver. I bought Dentafix for a temporary filling of a molar as I could not eat on that side and it was super sensitive when I drank liquids. Very easy to apply and it worked - I could eat and drink with no pain.
I had an amazing experience with the smile boutique. The Dentafix product fixed my teeth exactly as predicted in only 15 minutes! their customer service was also really good. Totally recommend.
