Elizabeth was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, she was kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. She explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and brought such a calm, positive energy to the visit. You can tell she truly cares about patients and takes pride in her work. The experience felt smooth, easy, and welcoming because of her. Highly recommend Elizabeth, she’s a real asset to the office.
I was grinding my teeth from stress and Dr. Karen Guinn found a temporary, low cost solution. It worked and my teeth are stable again. Thank you. I also discovered this new procedure that the office offers. I am considering the Botox consultation too.
I had a complicated case due to genetic issues with my jaw and was turned down by a couple other orthodontists due to being a challenging case. Dr. Guinn and team did a fantastic job over three years and two jaw surgeries to help build a normal bite. I don't believe anyone could have done better! Silvia was especially helpful navigating my insurance situation as | started treatment on medi-cal. Technicians Julio and Mark do great work. They always have a great attitude and sense of humor.
