He is unprofessional & weird. So I called him because he listed a 319k house that I liked because it's a single house with low taxes. I asked can they lower the price. I told him I dont have a realtor. I didnt meet him in person yet he never Introducted me to his gf Choe Le in the beginning to avoid all confusion.
