I am so very glad that a friend turned me on to Smart Weigh and the Ideal Protein protocol. This weight loss program is like no other it's about more than just losing the weight. It has been life changing in more ways than just loosing 132lbs like learning why I gained the weight in the first place so I can avoid putting it back on and how to make better choices is the real world. Smart Weight has been awesome. I'm learning how to eat.. my new perspective is... I eat to live... not live to eat. I'm close to my goal and am resetting that goal. It doesn't happen over night but with the education and council of Amber I'm doing better than I ever have, after a lifetime of fighting my weight.
This program really works. I've tried all sorts of ways to loose weight and maybe would loose a few, but with Smart Weigh I've lost 50 lbs and still going. Not only are you successful at losing weight, you learn to eat better and make better choices when you eat. The staff is so supportive and encourage you throughout your weight loss. Don't wait any longer....do it now and by Christmas you'll be looking Awesome!
Excellent program, truly works IF you follow the phase one plan. I have lost 74 pounds since early March 2015. I vow to never go back to my original weight. This helps with changing your life style and what you consume.
