Do not use Alex. - takes your money in advance - does not deliver on time - uses other companies to wash your car ( he is a middle man) - uses flashy cars to show he does high end clients - moves appointment times - he has no idea how to run a business
onday and he messages me Monday before 9am stating that he needed till 11am. So I had to cancel and rebook my car for the next day. Which cost me extra. Then he messages me the next day and has the same issues and needed my car till 12pm. At this point I was really pissed off since I had to cancel the carrier a third time and also had to deal with dumb carriers because of Alex. Run an honest business and you’ll go a long way. I have been using Alex and his team over 5 years. The level of customer service and professionalism is what keeps me coming back. Thanks for always taking care of our cars. I recommend them to anyone that has a high end car needing that special white glove treatment. Try them out they will not disappoint.
I never take the time to write a review but i gotta say the full body ppf done by these guys blew me away beyond my expectations. I trust no one but the team here to touch my GT3. Alex and his team also have done our families boats and our other cars. Always a stand up guy and has such pride in the end product they put out. Sadly that is so hard to find nowadays. Thanks for all you guys do.
Had our G Wagon ceramic coated by them years ago and all the maintenance washes etc. They did such an incredible job and I was so impressed they have now done ceramic coat on all of our cars and full body paint protection film on 3 of our cars. No one touches our cars except for Alex and his team. Top notch people and service. Thank you guys for everything. -The Taylor Family
