Took a motorcycle yo him and never got back. He said it burned in a fire? No $$ offered, nothing but silence. Beware of this business.
My son had a belt replaced on our riding mower that he is using as his new business. Within a week and two mowings the belt shredded. He said he would order a new one, but he is now refusing to answer the phone. He asked if we wanted to leave our tractor there, but we didn’t. I am relieved that we didn’t take that risk. Update: changed to 3 stars because he called after two days and offered to replace it again. The new belt is on and we are hoping for a much longer runtime this round.
Buyer Beware; John took funds (my mistake) and did not do the repairs for my lawn mower repair. Now I need to go to court to get my refund.
AI screened me and I was on hold forever and then the AI refused to transfer me to them. Great way to do business!!!!
