Knowledgeable friendly staff!! Definitely recommend. Little man and I love our new saws. !!
I walked into this business intending to get a weed wacker serviced and was laughed at by then men working due to my appearance (because I am a FEMALE!). Apparently they don't know how to treat others with respect. I will not be doing business with them and won't recommend you do either...
I tried to order some carb rebuild parts for my Ransomes with a Kawasaki. I knew what I needed and I had the carb apart and back together with the machine running but the float needle rubber seal was leaking. The guy at the counter told me that he wouldn't order the part because it would end up costing me more for me to "try" to fix it and then have to pay him to redo my work. I asked again and then he refused again. I work on cars, chainsaws and all kinds of stuff. I was able to competently fix my carb with parts from somew... read more
I had a snowblower "repaired" by them but when they dropped it off, the issue was not fixed AND there was an additional broken cable. I called them to correct the issue in feb. 2017 and they didn't pick it up until the end of March (after the last snow fall). I have been calling them every couple of weeks to get the machine back and they refuse to return my calls. Every time I get in touch with someone they tell me the person I need to talk to is not there...it is now Dec 30, 2017 and I still don't have my effing snowblower.... read more
Great company, they treat you right! Gave me a awesome deal on a used zero turn. Will be taking all my small engine business here and so should everyone else. -Ryan Big Boar Ground Worx
I dropped my lawn mower off roughly three months ago and it is still not repaired. They haven't given me any estimate on when it would be repaired, returned any phone calls, and now it appears they are not answering their phones, even though they are listed as being open. In retrospect I should have taken the sheer volume of broken mowers outside their shop as a warning sign.

At this point, I am working with them to repair my mower since over two months. I returned the mower so far three times for not beng repaired properly, I.e. It works once, leaks oil and will not start again. When I inquired about the cause I received the following replies: "I do not know."; "I have never seen this before."; "If it does not work this time, I will take the hammer to it." Bottom line is, these statements are not a solution. In addition to that, the teenagers sitting on the floor of the "garage" are most likely ... read more
