really wanted to do a 0 star rating....I scheduled pick up and was told that after the driver sent pictures to WHOMEVER...they won't take it...which is completely rude and made me want to scream...who does that..hey how about this for your process and procedure....sent a picture BEFORE a delivery is scheduled and the person is suppose to have new furniture come in .....cause now...I have to change the date of the delivery of my NEW furniture..So if your furniture is not straight from the showroom ..don't bother.....I would n... read more
Have used or tried to used three times. First couple of times never showed but called later to reschedule for a different day. When they got there they didn’t take anything with scratches or marks, so be aware. This time they never showed and when we called they said “oh, the truck was full”. We scheduled for the next day and they never showed and never called AGAIN. Done with them.
Many children were spared untold lunacy and verbal abuse when this place closed
