I was tired of feeling held back from running because of a persistent issue with my hip. The Sling Method has allowed me to address any problem areas, old or new, and provides me with a strength training program designed to keep me running for years to come. After one year of following TSM, I feel stronger and healthier than ever before. 1/6/24 update: I was able to complete my 2nd marathon healthy and happy, this past fall, thanks in large part to TSM. The weeks and months following have been pain and injury free!
