VERY poor communication, 4 members of family and friends of mine started with slimming clinic, however that has now come to an end and we will all be moving on, from missing deliveries to waiting a week for a call back (also calling to remind of a call back daily) and from an email from head of operations stating my call back is a matter of urgency and still nothing, they offer good deals, but extremely poor service
They're Phentermine pills have very little to no effect on suppressing your appetite. You have to take up to 5 pills a day for any effect. Dont know if this substandard product is made this way on purpose or incompetence, but this is very expensive and distressing to customers.
This company deserves not one single star, very bad customer care and profit oriented. I was send medication that was expiring within 6 weeks, I raised a complaint and ask to reimburse my medication, they refused to do so. The company clearly has no health ethics, I will raised my complain to the CQC and other health bodies. Like most people I have a terrible year, I was made homeless and have great difficulties with my teenage son and therefore couldn't take the medication at the time. Staff at the Basildon branch are very friendly and supportive. The clinic is idyllic and offers a comfy waiting area with a calming feeling. Products and services on offer are very diverse. There is no judgment by other patients or staff which is the most important thing.
