Garbage company. I’m still waiting for a refund and have had zero service from this shambles of an organisation. There’s literally no excuse.
A few years ago, they were reliable. However, I have been advised by one of their competitors that the company has gone bust before and has probably done so again. That should not be taken as confirmation of the company's actual financial status and could possibly an attempt to poach business however, it is comcerning that medication I have paid for has not been recieved and it is now past due. I ordered a pen 29th May and still not delivered. Have received a few replies to email saying they are sorry, but still nothing. Really struggling with withdrawal.
Please steer clear of this company! Absolutely appalling service. They bombard you with messages offering their services and when you apply for medication they are very quick to take your money but in Absolutely no rush to send your order in the time frame promised. I asked for a refund after having no answer as to where meds were but they ignored this and instead sent the medication out nearly a month after my order was approved, not the 4 days they specified!
