We needed new wardrobe closet and water closet doors for our primary bathroom remodel, but our contractor was unable to find doors to our liking. So we went with The Sliding Door Company (TSDC) in Costa Mesa. Our salesperson Anna was fantastic. She gave us great guidance on selecting the doors and options, and worked with us patiently while we encountered remodeling delays and related issues with our door openings (no fault of TSDC). This company is a total scam! I told them all I needed was to change the mesh on my screen door, and they said it would be $100-$120 max and that they’d waive the $89 service fee. But when they showed up, suddenly it was $400, and they said I had to pay the $89 no matter what! What kind of shady business is this?! I found another company that only charges $80 for the whole thing. Don’t waste your time or money here they’re just out to rip you off!
I had almost given up trying to realize my vision for the door between my office and master bedroom. What I wanted didn't seem to be available in any showroom or home store. I spoke with a specialist at local door outlet and was quoted nearly $10k for a custom order (!!). This is a good company that you can trust to do the right thing. Justin came out and figured out the problem right away. He then explained to me what I need to do in the future. He is a very hard worker and is extremely respectful! Great company, great technician! Btw, this is my second 5 star rating!
