Extremely poor customer service, They delivered a wrong configurations and after that it is almost 6 months and they have not fixed the door, several email reminder and phone calls but they have bunch of unprofessional people sitting in the customer service team and very bad experience.
We ordered a custom sliding doors and it came with a wrong configurations and they haven't fixed it for last 6 months and they don't respond to the emails, phone calls. Extremely poor customer service from this company.

Incredible experience from start to finish! Beautiful doors! Amazing customer service! I was looking around for custom closet doors for my new condo and reached out to request an appointment. Was pleasantly surprised how quickly I received a call back from Jacqueline Kennedy whom I was able to meet at the showroom that same week. Stumbled upon TSDC after looking at various places for custom sized closet doors. Jacqueline was very gracious and it was a pleasure working with the entire team from start to finish. Not once did anyone not help me. The doors are beautiful and really changed the look of our rooms. I am considering more doors from TSDC even though I don't really need them just because of the service, quality and experience.
